The crew
Asking Holler questions
Your techs don’t have to remember keywords. They can just ask, the way they’d ask a dispatcher who has their back.
am i gonna hit OT this week
You’re at 34.5 hrs through Wednesday. Friday’s schedule puts you at 41.5, so yeah, 1.5 of overtime if nothing moves.
The rule every answer lives by
Every dollar, hour, clock time, and percentage Holler sends comes straight from your company’s records, or Holler says it doesn’t have it. It never estimates, never rounds creatively, never fills a gap with a guess. If the data isn’t connected, the answer says exactly that, and what’s missing.
What’s in bounds
The workday: jobs, hours, pay, equipment, the company. Ask about dinner spots or last night’s game and Holler politely stays in its lane. It reports money and never moves it; anything about changing a paycheck goes to your office.
Good to know
- Follow-ups work: “what about tomorrow” after a schedule question means tomorrow’s schedule.
- A tech can only ever see their own jobs, money, and hours. Never a crewmate’s.
- Keywords (JOBS, MATH, HOURS) always work, even where a company turns plain-question answering off.
- There’s a generous daily fair-use cap per tech; STOP and HELP always work regardless.
