ServiceTitan
Connect
- Find your Tenant ID in ServiceTitan under Settings, then Integrations, then API Application Access, and enter it in Holler from the Integrations tab. No keys to paste, ever.
- The Holler team adds your tenant to our ServiceTitan app, usually the same day. You get a text the moment it’s ready.
- Approve Holler inside your ServiceTitan (same screen: Settings, then Integrations, then API Application Access), then tap Check connection in your dashboard. Your schedule starts flowing on the spot.
While it’s in flight, the ServiceTitan card shows exactly whose move it is, and the rest of your setup never waits on it.
What syncs
- Technicians, matched automatically by phone number.
- Appointments with arrival windows: a two-day job texts per visit, the way a tech actually works it.
- Job details, including ServiceTitan’s structured recall linkage: recall jobs are suppressed from bonuses without guesswork.
Notes
- Arrival windows show on the Jobs tab and in pre-job texts when present.
- For ShareWillow-connected companies, plan money flows from ShareWillow; the schedule comes straight from ServiceTitan.
