How it behaves
- Hours trace to timesheet entries: what’s clocked is stated as clocked, and projections are always labeled as projections.
- On Friday mornings, a tech tracking into overtime gets a heads-up line in their brief.
- Timesheets come from ServiceTitan today (more systems as their timesheet data opens up). No timesheets connected means Holler says so instead of guessing.
