One number, a whole crew
Holler is one contact in your tech’s phone, and behind that one number sits a crew of named skills. Each one has a narrow job, its own data source, and its own rule for what it will and won’t say. The tech never picks a bot and never opens an app: they text the same number they always text, and the right crew member answers.
| Skill | Text | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Jobs | JOBS | Today’s schedule: times, customers, addresses. |
| Money | MATH | The week’s earnings, job by job, with the total. |
| Hours | HOURS | Where the week stands, with an overtime projection. |
| Job intel | LAST | What was done at that customer before, and what it billed. |
| Diagnose | a photo | Specs read off an equipment plate, cited or declined. |
| Paperwork | NOTE, EQUIP | Job notes and equipment records drafted from your words, filed after you approve. |
Keywords are the fast path, not a requirement: plain questions work too. See Asking Holler questions.
Skills are introduced, never listed
Holler never sends a feature tour. A tech who’s been getting money texts for a couple of weeks sees one new line at the bottom of a morning brief (“New: text me HOURS anytime”), at most one introduction a week. Reply HELP anytime for the full roster of what’s on for your company.
Owners control the crew
In the dashboard under Messages, the Skills tab has a switch per skill, plus a master switch for answering questions. A skill you turn off drops out of routing, the HELP roster, and introductions immediately.
